Set these items aside from the market load. Holds do not deduct inventory or record payment; record the sale in Market Mode when collected.

Customer Order / Hold

Standard Pay Scale

Each minimum starts a new pay bracket. The highest minimum reached sets daily pay.

Applies to new market runs using standard pay. Existing runs keep their saved scale. Flat daily rates and loading extras are set on each employee.

Approved PIN devices

Choose your account or an employee and name the phone or iPad. A setup code lasts 15 minutes and works once.

Team Member

For a new account, set a temporary password (8+ characters). They can log in immediately.

Owners have full access, including reports and settings, and receive $0 market pay. Owner PINs use six digits; employee and manager PINs use four.

Assigned Markets

Check every market this employee works.

Standard pay: under $1,450 → $175; $1,450–$1,700 → $200; over $1,700–$2,500 → $250; over $2,500–$3,200 → $300; over $3,200 → $350.

Loading extra is added when you check “Employee loaded up” on a run. Pay changes apply to new runs; previous runs keep their saved rates.

Pay by weekday

For example, choose Flat daily rate for Saturday and Standard sales brackets for Sunday. Other days use the default pay above. Loading extra applies separately when checked on the run.

Check all days this market operates. No days selected hides it from new runs. Weekday scheduling does not track alternating weeks or temporary closures.

Product

Status: Not specified. Saving checked = organic; saving unchecked = not organic. Applies to new market runs; past reports keep their recorded status.

Farm Shop-only products stay out of market load sheets and market sales screens.

Mix products within the selected group per sale. Groups stay separate. Extra units use the regular price. Applies to new market runs.
